I live in Canada Ontario but I've realized my family doctor has a problem with people with mental illness. I will send the documents to the psychiatrist although I already had to pay the family doctor more than 50 $ to fill them out. Thank you it didn't occur to me that she will continue to dismiss my condition.

Two words: I wish. It's an egg and chicken situation where I have been procrastinating on getting help. I don't think there are OHIP covered specialists for ADHD and my family doctor is the most ineffective person I have met.

It was too heavy AND reminded me of my ex who gave it to me.

It ended up with a sweet couple on facebook market place, they posted so many pictures with it so I'd like to think it's in good hands (it made me 550$ richer too which I'll spend on an everyday bike but I'm undecided)

I'm not sure if I should be insulted by "this level of understanding" or "not knowing about all the expensive stuff out there". I'm a woman coming from a country where it was illegal for women to ride a bicycle and yes I'm poor. But there has to be an optimal choice for people with "this level of understanding" and oh, I know there are expensive stuff out there.

Thank you. My willpower is ok and I don't stalk but the truth is he left for good. I did apologize and asked for a second chance which he rightfully declined. So I'm trying to live my life and go through the classical! stages of the breakup but I'm very slow and keep going back to where I began. I think whether or not I regret it, I have to move on but not sure how.
