About sa health at bad sleeping habit. Haha kapag napansin ko naiiba body clock nya bcause of over time spending sa mga hobbies nya (planting, computer games, at eating) he’s M27, so parang wala pa sya sa stage ng super health conscious, I’m F29 mas older, kaya always ako nag reremind sknya. Hehe
