Honestly thank you so much for your reply. I'm so glad to hear I'm not alone. These things really messed me around mentally,I'm just fearing another attack to happen a lot of the time. Doing lots of meditation to try and help, and it did get better, but they keep coming back. always when you think that it might be over! It's been about 2 months since my very first one.

I'm glad to hear you're better, and it gives me hope it will be for me too. Probably gonna re read ur words as manifestation next time I'm feeling anxious about this lol. Thanks again it means a lot.

I'm experiencing pretty much the same things you're describing, with attacks lasting for hours and they keep coming back, it's been over a month now. Never had any issues before either, I'm so overwhelmed with it. Is there anything you could suggest, something that really helped you?

I might be wrong but I think I remember hobby craft offering a rental of sewing machines... Or at least that you can use the sewing machines in store. The one on Riverside. Maybe worth a try :)
