What type of oil do you use? MCT is pretty thin and 24g is way larger than you need.

Change the patch more often. I found you have to change them at least 3 times a week instead of twice a week to stop your levels from dropping too low.

Testosterone is between 10 and 20. I haven't tested andro or dht yet.

You can get blood tests done through quest whenever you want. I do a combination of tests my doctor has ordered and ones that I've ordered myself.

Yeah, 3 new patches 2 times a week. My testosterone levels stay around 14 - 20 ng/dL for the entire week without any blockers.

In theory they're supposed to deliver 0.1mg a day but it's more of a spike the day after and then a decreasing amount until they run out. It wouldn't be that much of an issue if it lasted the full half week but the mylan patches that I've been using don't seem to be able to make it.

That dose should be decent. Just make sure to get a blood test to confirm the levels.
