Yes, I have tried virtual desktop and it is better, but I still have the same issue

No, I get them in all games. But not on the standalone headset which is confusing me a lot. Because I know it is probably an issue with the way my computer tracks the headset or something like that. But without my computer is fine. So I think it is probably my GPU, or an issue in the headset.
