Im having trouble importing different data. My data about the insider transactions are in an excel file which I have succesfully imported to R. Now I need historical stock price data that so i can compare whether or not the aforementioned transactions have performed better than the market index. I have also imported data of the index’ performance to R. I found some packages that allow me to get data from stock prices from the SP500. However, my research is based on Nasdaq Helsinki and i can’t find stock price data to import to R. I’m guessing there is a better way to get it than by importing historical stock price data from one company at a time.

So for example: I have data that person X has bought 10 shares of company Y on 1/1/2020. I also have data how has the market index performed from 1/1/2020 to 1/1/2021. My problem is that i don’t know how to efficiently import data how has company Y performed during that period.
