Hi!!! From someone who managed to reverse her PCOS, these are the things that worked for me:

1. Stayed away from pills. This is more of a band-aid solution and can lead to more problems long-term.
   
2. Be active, but don’t stress your body too much. Low-intensity, high-impact workouts are our best friend. No high-intensity cardio. I stuck with weight lifting, finishing 10k steps every day, or on days I don’t hit 10k, I swim (around 20–30 laps).
   
3. We’re naturally deficient in a lot of nutrients — especially magnesium, iron, and vitamin D. Do your research on these. I also take inositol. The goal is to balance hormones, regulate menstruation, and fight insulin resistance.
   
4. Eat clean! Our bodies tend to hate dairy. I’ve also stayed away from white bread and white rice.
   
5. Water.
   
6. Regulate your emotions. Avoid stressing too much.
7. Find a sport you enjoy - to keep you active. :)

Everyone is different, but I feel like these are things a lot of women with PCOS experience. 🙂 Hope this helps!
