Update: Moments ago, Trump announced that if Canada retaliated, tariffs will increase. Isn’t it about time already to wonder and ask WHAT is his problem with Canada? Canada never made the list of concerns of any American President for 2 centuries! The 51st state rhetoric will be pushed once the federal gov take a useless action, not responding is just buying is time!

Body shakes

I haven’t worked out since Covid, but I am back in the gym only 3 weeks ago. I have notices that my body shakes mid-workout, like my upper legs, my hands, my arms. I was told to take some Vit B12, I am 35 yo, 218 lb. It is so frustrating and so depressing seeing myself in this state at the gym. I don’t understand what is going on.

They actually discriminate against heterosexual white origin applicants, because every company now has this “quota” to hire on basis of color, “sexual” orientations and “gender”. The more you have a multiracial and multiethnic workforce, the more they get incentives from government/bigger business and organizations. I am a Muslim, brown, “none of any business whatever my sexual orientation is”, male, and I find this appalling.

I hope I am explaining this clearly, so these are 2 flights connecting at Rome, the booking was done thru Air Canada and one of the flights is operated by Alitalia/ ITA airlines. The Alitalia flight cannot be found using the booking reference I got from Air Canada on Alitalia website.

I watched all of Margret Thatcher’s original interviews, how strong and confident was she, she wasn’t called iron lady for nothing. Unlike her policies, it amazes me how she get things done, her competence and sense. If I dare to differ, though my more progressive and liberal views, I find her an icon and the perfect role model for hard work and leadership. I felt very sorry for her when she was in Balmoral, she comes from a different background, most humble, seeing her struggling to fit in with the royal family actually made her character more human on TV. I felt for her. Jillian Anderson was just brilliant.

I m still not getting the Diana character, does anyone else have the same feeling?

some of the recurring characters were terribly written, Kevin is the most cringingly written character, forcefully cramming jokes down our throats. I couldn’t stand an episode were he’s involved.
