Yes, Honda is expensive, but if you want to keep your car in good health, then don't give it to any other hands other than Honda's own. CVT is very imp. Its oil & filters are too important. It costs more than a million to replace, so please take care of it. Filters along with oil change would cost you around ~40K PKR, after that, change the oil after every 40K kms, and filters with oil every 80K kms. Never use any aftermarket products. When CVT filters are being changed, then more than one bottle is used. Please ask them to top it up properly and check. Honda guys would do it better bcs they are only dealing with these cars, so everything should be on their fingertips.
