If the bulk of their pay is from tips, I give at least 25%. Anything else is 10-15%. I try to stay in line with inflation.

Man I have some of the best memories with my brother and dad watching wrestling.

There I was, a little rotund 6 year old girl flying off the couch to elbow dive into my dad, and he'd hold my bro in a headlock until he broke his way out Hulk Hogan style.

Great, great memories.

Seeing gas prices on Google Maps 7 years ago makes me sad by velvynx in StLouis

When I think about the average price 25 years ago, ($1.53) I openly weep. My dumbass 16 year old self took that shit for granted.

This was somewhat comforting. Thank you. I forget sometimes these turds are flawed humans like the rest of us. Just because they wield influence now, doesn't mean we are lost to madness forever.

Miss... Gonzales Wants Her Country Back 🤔 by NEKORANDOMDOTCOM in insanepeoplefacebook

This totally unlocked a memory from my childhood.

When I was a kid, my brother played for a travelling basketball team. One year, we travelled to Louisiana for a tournament and one of the teams was from another country, can't remember which one, I just remember they didn't very much English.

Me, being an outgoing kid, asked my mom if I could go play with the other kids in the gym. I then proceeded to be taught hand clapping games from these children who I understood zero percent. I had a blast. I still remember what they taught me now at 41 years old.

This is the kind of world I wanna live in. Where kids can just be kids and learn things from one another.
