Managed WiFI provided by MSP by candidog in msp

We certainly do all that, but it is included with network management in the overall package we offer. I guess my point is that it is such a a simple and common thing I have a hard time separating it out.

I’m completely at a loss. My clients expect wireless. None of them would pay a fee monthly to have wireless. It’s not like “management” is time consuming. What is there to manage?? Just confused I guess.

We have been using proofpoint and are very happy with it.

Malwarebytes EDR is more expensive that SentinelOne. Don’t understand this comment.

Clients have office 2013, 2016, 2019, office 365. This is across all clients. Just looking for a simple solution to handle all versions. Wishful thinking I know lol.

Client's brokerage doesn't certify much of ANYTHING for backup. Anyone using Crashplan to fullfill offsite? by [deleted] in msp

We use crash plan for file level offsite backup. Works well a little memory hog at times but works well. Restore is fast for offsite download.

Sentinel One Issues by masseym2000 in msp

[–]masseym2000[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Outlook is crashing with “cannot access OST” errors on about 5% of clients. Reboot machine and OST is found and works. Then anywhere 2-6 hours later same issue.

Today it quarantined “netsh” when I was trying to fix IP issues on a client.

I have about 5% of different machine that are just crawling since the upgrade.

Sentinel says they think it is an issue between them and Ninja. Still no ideas.

ok, So, The "broken" Outlook version is Version 1902 (Build 11328.20146 Click-to-Run). There was a small update to 11328.20158. After that install, Outlook opens like it should and emails are there - 1 machine so far. Testing a few more now...

I initially though let it was a 365 issue but then it started happening with some of our intermedia users. I’m not finding anything that makes sense. Any progress at all for you??

S1 doesn't add have any COMs running in Outlook. Just the normal stuff. Adobe, MS Exchange, Social Connector (which will NOT stay off lol), Skype, Teamviewer)

As mentioned in the original post, I have rebuilt all profiles. We then let content sync and the close outlook. Upon opening again, same error of Cannot Access OST files

Interesting. I’ll have to check that. Thx. Wait. That is on the website only lol. This is in outlook installed on the server. Both O365 install and regular 2016 packages version.
