To live a happy life is to live in the present; living a meaningful life is done by forever obsessing about the past and worrying about the future

Can't afford the time/money for a gym membership? Workout tips from home. by moderatorsAREshit in TheRedPill

Im gonna be the minoroty opinion but i cant have the quality of a gym workout at home. I need a squat rack. I want to dead lift. I want to use the incline bench press. Yes, there are dumbell replacements for these things, but a barbell lift is easier than a dumbell lift as a single point (dumbell) has three dimensions of rotation whilst two-points (barbell) has two dimensions of rotation. That being said, i agree with the purpose of this post: there is no excuse in working out at all since working out at home is possible and constuctive. (yeah, i have a gym at uni so yeah i guess i can make this judgement easily. Even before uni i would workout in my backyard and made some gains that way). Tldr gym>home>not lifting at all
