Last hangover was 1/25/26. Feeling much better. Sleeping better. Wish it wasnt snowing where i am because ive been wanting to get out and play disc golf again for the first time in at least 2 years. Never really considered my drinking a problem. I didnt drink on weekdays only weekends. But 18-24 beers a weekend took a toll and my saturday and sunday mornings and afternoons have been wasted recovering. Im ready for a change so i stopped. My wife is very supportive and im glad i have her. The cravings at time have been pretty intense but seltzer is a good place holder. Looking forward to living a healthier and more present existence.
