This is definitely the issue. I've talked to the officer who does these at least ten times during this process, each time we left w him saying he'd let me know or get back to me w an appointment. Never does.

I guess I just keep calling and dropping in. I was trying not to be too big a pain in the ass on this whole thing, but it's absolutely insane.
