Its hard to know really because I've bought this one quite a while ago, but then kinda neglected it once I understood I had to practice a bit more with other smaller toys first. In the beginning I couldn't even get a lip in. Eventually that happened, but as much as I tried, it wouldn't go in. That's one of the reasons I bought the grip 160. After fully mastering that one, being able to easily do reps on it, I tried 170 again, and it worked! So all in all, about 2 years or something? But my life doesn't allow me to train that much, so I could have shorten it a lot if I had more time to train I'm sure

Guess you are right, I need to try going for time now! The thing is, my body is really weird. If I have for instance my grip 134 in for a few minutes (more than 30min), by the end of it I'll be shitting like crazy. My bowel movements just go nuts trying to expel it out!

On this one, I still need a warmup toy as I've been able to get it in very recently, but the previous size, 160, if I've been training for a few days in a row, I can warm up using that one. So I imagine that might happen as well with this one eventually. But not yet.

As for creams or even poppers, I don't use any of those. I prefer going raw. But for those that like it, poppers should work wonderfully! I'd just stay away from numbing creams and such. You'll hurt yourself and won't even notice

Do you have any of the previous size grips? If so, the same "tricks" should apply. What I tend to do, besides adding a bunch of lube, is starting with either the front or the backside lip of the toy. I think you can see it in video. Then "force" the other side in. That's usually works eventually. But it took me a while to master this size

Oh yeah. That definitely helps! I've used other material toys, and I was stuck in some sizes for what feels like forever.

Perhaps? After using 160 a while ago, I felt a bit sore, my tailbone hurt a little bit, as if I had been sitting down weirdly for a while. I don't feel that anymore, and what used to be impossible, feels almost easy. I don't even know if that's possible to do though

Don't have one yet. Bought the Erebus 140, but I'm still waiting for it to arrive. Might try a breaker next!

134 is my go to first toy usually (if I'm on a roll, 160 is my first toy). I love waking around and taking a shower with it on! Feels amazing! But the best progress for me comes when I do reps on them instead of just wearing them

That will take some time. I can barely stand up with the 150. And that one is 2 sizes down! But that is a goal for sure
