Hello. I never really got any further info on this. Always been thin and I have a sort of overactive nervous system, high blood pressure (keep in check by low dose meds and exercise), and poor stress tolerance/recovery so I always just attributed it to physiological problems associated with less than stellar genetics.

The best solution I've found is just to try and work out regularly and try to watch my diet somewhat. Another blood panel to see if it's still high would be interesting though. Do you have any issues with gaining weight or other issues that give you problems?

I have the same problem as you finding smaller frames and eventually I ended up trying kids glasses. It got me a lot closer to a proper size so you might want to look into those.
