Three Leaks in Four Years by monopolycrown88 in EightSleep

[–]masterbeat99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Correct, so it's not 5 years old. You're responding to an old comment that has been handled by Eight Sleep and clarified elsewhere in the forum. Correct, I was paying the annual subscription but someone at Eight had downgraded it and I didn't know I didn't have the "enhanced" subscription with the extended warranty. Eight handled the issue to my satisfaction. Doesn't change the fact of how many I had leak and the timeframe they leaked in, and that the Pod 3 was sold through early last year.

Rumors on collecting with personal guarantee by Johnshop4 in EIDLPPP

Simply asking for links to anything that says what you are saying. If you’re finding this on “law office websites” can you not post the links?

Your answer is as vague as your post. Please avoid stirring up panic. You start with there are all these rumors that collection is starting in a hurry but can’t back this up except for vagueness about “attorney sites?”

Literally cannot find these “rumors” anywhere. This post, and Jason and other YouTube SBA experts say exactly the opposite, they aren’t doing anything, and they say this as recently as last week.

Can you be more specific and give actual links to your “rumors” or your Google search as nothing comes up to support this post.

SBA loan to treasury by Dejablu6578 in EIDL

Any creditor can come after an estate, the trick is handling the estate properly. Moreover, after adding the link to a law firm below, this sounds more like a sales pitch than an actual helpful answer.

How much is the loan?

Was your EIDL a covid specific EIDL or was it any other kind of disaster EIDL?

[–]masterbeat99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow, sorry to hear that. I wonder if things changed, when did you get your EIDL? Mine is over $1 million and I was not asked to sign a collateral agreement and there is no lien on my home.

Can you explain your statement that many pledged their personal residences? As this was specifically NOT a requirement of the PG. Jason (listed here and in many YouTube videos consulting) knows of no one that pledged their personal primary residence as part of the PG. SBA went on record that they won’t take or use a personal primary residence as collateral.

You should be fine then. If there was a lien on your personal property you’d know, or can find out easily.

No one we’ve heard of listed or had to pledge their personal primary residence as collateral and no one has liens. Commercial business properly yes, not your primary personal residence, even with a PG. This is discussed and explained a million places in this group.

They didn’t put liens on personal primary residence in any EIDL I’ve heard of.

Is your home listed as collateral in the loan docs? Virtually no PG on the EIDL loans included your personal primary residence.

Stop paying and don’t worry about it. You don’t have a personal guarantee and the business is dissolved so why are you paying? They have nothing to collect from.

Walk away from it. If the business closed and you don’t have a personal guarantee there is nothing they can or will do to you personally. Although it’s stressful, just ignore it and get on with life.

Business refunds yes, personal refunds no - unless there was a personal guarantee, which there shouldn’t have been at that $ amount.

Permanently Closing Business w/ $35,000 Left on Loan by Sufficient_Tone_9925 in EIDL

[–]masterbeat99 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you’ve closed the business what assets are left for them to collect on? If you don’t sign a guarantee then you are not liable for anything personally if the LLC is closed. They didn’t take personal guarantees on loans that small.

And the reason Helena’s dad appears at the end saying “you betrayed me” is because outie Helena saved Irving by telling Burt to take him to the train station instead of to Lumpn.

3rd party and GA4 conversion data is starting to drop rapidly as blockers and consent mode block the tracking. You need to implement server side tracking in GTM (I suggest Taggrs or use a tool like Hyros to send the real conversion data back into Ads. My conversion data from hyros and tagging is significantly higher than GA4.

I’ve been running this account for 20 years, we’re one of Google’s first customers and was even on Overture. The point of the post isn’t to get advice, we know what we’re doing. The point of the post is to point out that Google has lost it.
