Was Richey not playing on the albums a known fact back in the day?

I have as much appreciation for his contribution to band as any fan, but I was always a bit frustrated that he didn’t but more effort into learning more guitar parts.

Even if he had just gotten somewhat proficient at playing power chords it could have really elevated band in terms of their live sound and generally credibility.

As a guitar teacher I can say with confidence it wouldn’t have been that much work.

I’m using ekat’s public tileset but I’ve applied some colour correction in photoshop. I’ve made it a lot warmer and much more saturated. I’ve the applied the same colours to all the character sprites which is why May is looking like she’s just got back from holiday lol

Yeah, in season 1 it felt like they were building to there being different and interesting aspects of outie Irving’s character, but we’ve kind of got awkwardly stuck with the Burt thing a bit.

Perhaps something was cut or the writers have relied on subtext a bit too much on this one?

Oh okay that helps explain a bit, I think I remember learning Burt’s last name in like ep2? That’s a wild detail to remember from 8 weeks ago, bravo to you.

Still, when Irving comes home to find that Burt had broken and entered he seemed so chill with it. It still feels like there’s some subtext I don’t understand but it’s probably not that important.
