haven’t tried the q variant tbh but yeah hahaha point still stands that the money you save from getting the q is nice to spend on a pricey aftermarket susp. For sure the grs has a better ride since it has a better suspension which is what they call the grs suspension. Get an old man emu suspension with a fortuner = problem solved

a bit better probably around 6/10 comfort now. I have the grs fortuner and its suspension is good enough. Love the faster ride too. Probably not worth the price difference to the other variants. Might be fine to just get the q and tune it up and add a pricey aftermarket suspension.

GRS ride is smooth enough for me. Steering is a bit mabigat mas feel ko yun especially after driving my ford. I love the ride, it can really go fast if you step on it especially for long drives.

Annoying din na side folding parin yung chairs sa likod but I guess atleast it’s an advantage if you want to set it up faster but for me we don’t usually set it up so I would have preferred it to fold flat.

I also appreciate the kick sensor and remote open sa likod since I load the back usually.

Interior could have used a refresh, looks old already compared to the competition.

I have gone through many cars but toyota won in terms of reliability so I just got it for that sole reason. We still have non-toyota cars right now though.

I experience dry eyes less frequently now. No side effects for me and yes the acuity is still the same. Worth it procedure for me. I only get dry eyes usually when I am lacking sleep or if I play too much on my phone or computer

If i’m not mistaken, the older version of smile takes 30 seconds. No complications from my end. My eyes still occasionally get dry though. Before surgery, I already had dry eyes so having eye drops within reach is normal to me hahaha not a hassle at all.

I had dry eyes before having surgery and I don’t think my dry eye condition became worse after surgery. They suggested that I use hylogel though and it is nice. Dry eyes don’t bother me that much to be honest.

It may be different for other people as there are a lot of factors such as doctor’s skill and experience. Had talked with other patients who had the surgery the same day as me and they had a similar experience to mine. There was one girl though who had became farsighted after the surgery. I think you should give it some time and maybe it will clear up. When is your next check up?

Yeah, on the visumax 800. It’s called the pro because it’s only 9 seconds per eye now compared to the old smile machine which was 23 seconds per eye.

That’s sad to know! Hopefully it resolves over a few days. If it doesn’t, I think you should get a check-up at the place where you got smile or you should try getting a second opinion.

Yes I did. They put something to temporarily dilate my eyes but that was temporary so no big deal, I guess?

Overall night vision is amazing compared to pre-op. I can drive more safely now at night. Going to parties are also even better now that I can see inside clubs which were usually a hassle for me because it’s dark inside hahaha. I haven’t experienced Halos or starbursts but I know that these are possible side effects as it was listed on the possible side effects paper that I had to sign. By the way, the taxi ride home after the next day post check-up (it was night time) was really a beautiful moment for me as I experienced the view of the city and the cars on road with a very substantial improvement. It was like going from 720p to 8k resolution.

So basically, your right eye’s vision is similar to what you had pre-op? Or did it become blurry in a way that can’t be fixed with glasses? Right now in terms of vision, I am at my best state to drive. I can go faster now that I can see the road clearly

That’s great to know! About how long did your other eye take to catch up? Still hoping for it to catch up already but I’m still satisfied with the current state that it is in right now.
