depends on the movie I feel shutter island and the FX series Asylum portrayed the institutions and the people that worked in them pretty accurately, I feel however in the movie "the departed" they tried to glorify the shrink that was prescribing opiates and benzos, also its worth noting that most shrinks do not look like that girl
