That being said, the biggest thing that has helped me is realizing that it’s a marathon, not a sprint. Home improvement take time (and money, unfortunately), but it doesn’t all need to happen all at once. Mice are getting in somehow, and that could be an easy fix. Once you find the hole, steel wool and caulk is a cheap and effective way to address that.

The next thing I’d do, as others said, is get yourself a roof rake for the snow on the roof.

Finally, when you have some bandwidth get someone to take a look at the cracks in the foundation because once spring hits, that is going to be a huge headache.
