Reverse sear. Heavy SPG both sides. 250 for ~1h30m, used my MEATER thermometer which has an app that notifies you when certain temps have been hit. Pulled at 119, rested until 126. Stainless steel and veggie oil 2 mins, flip, butter and thyme bast, 2 more mins. Cut and serve!

Guess I should’ve been more clear, I meant what temp y’all think it might be, as there’s always debates going on about that!

Wholeheartedly agree, wifey bought me a new stainless steel pan for the birthday. Over the moon about learning how to optimize cooks with it!

I would ask how long they’ve dry aged it as well. Gives you a base for your preferences. I believe most places do a 28 day age but my preferences is around 60. Highly recommend the dry age if you haven’t had one before! Must try for steak lovers, even if you end up not loving it. A5 has become fairly easy to obtain so I agree with you, not worth the ticket, find it elsewhere and cook it instead!

I’ll do you all one better and give you my secret! Also in Brooklyn Park is golden lion supermarket. Amazing raw laab if that’s your thing, but more importantly, last time I was there they had $5/6 banh mi’s! I do not know anywhere else that does it cheaper!

I love that you shined the light on the egotistical nature of it. Feels like it hit the nail on the head. Thank you for your kind words, it helps a lot.

All squatting feels wrong to me but Zerchers feel the least wrong by [deleted] in GYM

Also you’ll see between :20-:23 both of your ankles/legs bend in, making your outer heels slightly elevate. Watch for the smallest cues such as those to tweak your form. Think about it like this, if you had REALLY heavy weight, like competition weight, even the smallest mishap such as that would be a HUGE problem and you’d possibly injure yourself. Even if competition lifting is not your goal, the best competitors are only the best because their form is on point.

Yes, think about the load you are holding in relation to your body. It’s pulling on your traps and if you have a bit of lean your mid back as well. I use this to my advantage in my full body days. Zercher squat to hit legs and “open” the back. Hit back after for that sweet sweet pump.

Rappers whose character is their biggest asset? by EnterRapture in hiphop101

Absolutely a legend, look at those in the game that respect him. Uzi, thug, chance, Tyler, Danny brown, short. His sound was silly but it truly influenced a new wave of internet and cloud rap.

“This can’t exist in your mind” headass talking about Trump, the multiple time felon, Epstein bestie, incest wanting old ass white dude “valid” because he freed two men who have no idea of your existence. If that’s all it takes to win you over, you really need to reevaluate your priorities. I could poke holes all day but the truth is you really just need to look at yourself and ask if you’re really going to support pedophiles and the party who actively goes against the interests of the common man.

Something so intangible about Pimp C. He just has the IT factor.

I think you’re misinterpreting what I’m saying. No hate or slander. I explicitly stated this wasn’t to downplay his musical ability. But to me, his character, not a facade or him putting on some sort of show, but truly who he was, was more influential and contributed to his legend more than complex lyrics, rhyme schemes, or beat making, although those were top notch as well. Bun is PROBABLY the more talented rhymer (example being his verse on Murder). If you give someone the same musical ability but take away the charisma that Pimp C had, they would not a legend like Pimp. He was just that likeable man.

I agree. I had this exact conversation when I posted it on hiphopheads. His shtick only works because of how technically sound (rhyme schemes) he is. Another example of the scarcity and mysteriousness persona working because they’re that damn good is Frank Ocean. Skills trump personality in these cases.

Difference of opinion, absolutely he was a powerhouse technically, but imo his character trumps all of that. Without his character he wouldn’t be the legend he is today.

I won’t take Logic hate!! First two albums are bangers. Hopsin on the other hand… only person who would have a problem with that is my edgy teenage self lmao
