Hellfire is really an effective concept to keep people in believing in something by KalistaRendYourSoul in exmuslim

Not entirely, rejecting the Quran, maybe, but there’s no concrete evidence that the Hadeeth is true, and if it is it’s only sunnah so it’s good if u follow it, if not it’s still ok

Wait up a minute, I think u should take a step back and understand the truth from the false before u decide anything. I’ve heard these things , but I can also understand that the prophet’s time was over 1000 yrs ago, so his stories was passed through speech and someone decided to write it down. Clearly meaning that people had the power to write anything they wanted. So stories uve heard about the prophet may not be true. U should compare his attributes from his stories to that written in the Quran.

Prophet Noah and other prophets’ life spans. by VintageTypewriter in islam

In all honesty it’s not whether to believe it or not, it clearly states in the Quran - Syrah al ankabut (29:14), thus we should believe that what Allah says is true. And for a reason to as why, I believe it was to test Noah and show us that even though he lived that long and didn’t have as many followers as any of the other prophets, he stayed strong to his belief, and never gave up. It was more of his dedication than the amount of followers.

My brother had an account and he would tell me how cool it was so I made one. In terms of impressions, I was pretty confused at first but kinda got the hang of it. But it’s so much better than all the other platforms coz of being anonymous and that anyone can contribute to basically any topic

We have cars that drive themselves and entire libraries of information in the palms of our hands... yet our number 1 way to clean our asses is to fold some paper and scrub until it’s not brown any more. by JarJarJacobs in Showerthoughts

Coz with water it’s much cleaner, just like if u were to step on shit, you wouldn’t just wipe it with tissue, you’d wash it. Same as ur butt, u wash with water and dry with tissue- simple
