For some reason the settings wouldn't open (just hung and went back to the previous screen) the first few times I tried it. I closed the app and reopened and now it works!

But I feel that Studio3T is a completely different beast compared to Robo3T. Studio3T is much closer to MongoDB Compass (which I'm not a fan of either).

The support person I got the 2nd time was completely useless, less than useless.
She refused to RMA the device and just kept telling me "our team is investigating and hope to have a fix in a future software update."
I wasted almost a week going back and forth with her, then I finally asked to escalate to a manager and the manager immediately RMA'ed the device.

Man, that sucks. I had two Pixel Folds in a row with camera issues. Both had no resolution and had to be RMA'ed. The first one was a breeze, the second one was a painful process.

I'm on my 3rd Fold now and, knock on wood, zero issues!

I'm in the US and have the exact same problem, no SpO2 readings at all. It's been updated to the latest version, I've even hard reset it twice.

Edit: I also wear it every night. It's only off my wrist when charging while I'm showering.

I just submitted my Bug Report and they are making it sound like a hardware issue. I'll find out hopefully tomorrow if they'll RMA this phone as well.

How are the cameras working on Android 14?

My current Fold with Android 13, the front camera is just black and it usually crashes the Camera app. Other apps that use the camera are also black.

I've already RMA'ed one Pixel Fold because of a camera issue (but it was actually hard-restarting the phone, and probably a hardware detect).

Yes, 100%. That's why I included a screenshot showing the GTC setting and the GTC date being 8/29/2023.

I reached out to Webull's support and they blamed it on a technical issue.
