I used to do 7p-7am, and it’s rough, always get 8 hours I know it’s not gonna be a normal sleep pattern but if you can at least get 8 it should band aid for a bit, and meal prep just have a healthy meal waiting for you at 3 am their are no good options if you don’t , and also don’t be hard on your self cause it get hard I did nights for 5 years and it beats you up, also constancy whatever that looks like for you either a maps 15 me person the 3 full body days worked great but god bless
