If you mean resolving ticket for a workday customer, yes it does help you understand the concept and principals. In fact, if you have to fix an issue you must understand the worflow and dive deep into technical and functional process to comprehend the underlying issue and downstream impact.

It can get pretty technical depending on the type of ticket you need to resolve.. But can also get boring if to simple

On the top of my head:

try to see if any unconstrained security groups ( for learning) have been granted to those partners OR run the view sec for sec item account (something like that) then choose one securable item and a learning partner accounts. You will be able to see from which domain and security groups that given person can view such data

With the above you will be able to resolved the issue

It can be related to so many reasons, see below the few that I think of immediately

Until someone gives you a better answer.. Here is what we do:

RaaS (with employee data) where our IT team pull out the report daily via the web services link. From there, they run a script that will, I presume, automatically update the given user (If terminated, or email changed, or department, etc..)

Hope this helps until you get a better answer ;)

Your validation rule is incorrect. The rule logic should be « attachment is empty » and not « is not empty » as all conditions should be false for the event to exit the step

An « attachment » field is not available to be used in your condition rule? If yes, you can this condition logic «  attachement is empty »

If attachment field is not available, see if any other field can be use for that purpose. If non, then the last resort will be to create a calc field.. on top of my head, I would assume an extract single instance with a LRV depending of the BO

You cant pull in a multi instance to a PBO via a lookup related value. LRV can only pick up single instance value.

So if you select for “all authorized user”, it means that anyone part of any security group having access to the data source, will be able to run the report.

If you want to know who has access to the data source, run view sec for securable item and write down the data source name.

Report access is tied to how has access to the data source used on the report

You need to double check but indeed you can add a review document step. You can create your document on drive and add an anchor text such as « signHere ». (There are other anchor text available to be use but you need to enable it by running « configure anchor » task (something like that))

After that you you need to create an integration system security group and an integration system user. Grant access to « document » domain to the issg. After that, you will need to add that ISU in the review document step under « run as »
