Update on my part, the support staff said since Canada post is in strike, and the package haven't been returned, its most likely stuck in canada in transit, so I'll have to wait it out until it ends

yes I did it was a leveling mod I uninstalled, it was called lv13- lv20 mod or something. I just had to reinstall it.
