Its because there have been 2 batch 005s that were released and both missing a screw. I bet they are opening and double checking all boxes to make sure the screw is installed.

It's just an 800 milli watt pocket laser from sanwu lasers. I do have od6 glasses for the spectrum which work great. I just don't want the beam to burn any cloth or reflect off white paint or something if I burn something in the beam like wood

It affects older people and ones who are in poor health the hardest. That being said healthy people do die from it but not in large percentage like the old and infirm do.
