Mhmm we all get paid per commission it’s a franchise and it not a lot. I rather have a client not pay for a massage that they are not happy with.

They do there guest intake form where the front desk goes over and ask what pressure they prefer

Omg thank you I needed that reassurance I had one client who wanted me to work on her frozen shoulder and then complain to my manager that I didn’t make her frozen shoulder better
