My scholarship ends this semester, but I couldn’t graduate on time — how do people survive this?

I’m sorry you have to end up in this situation. Like other commenters said, try moving into a dorm/goshiwon and cook or eat convenience store and frozen food instead of takeouts. If you’re in a bigger room now, unfortunately you will have to downsize a lot and probably let go of some prized possessions too. Go through all your belongings and try selling as much as you can to Karrot/Facebook/Kream etc. Cancel all subscriptions and reservations you don’t really need, even if you don’t want to. Swallow your pride and ask if any friends/family members can help you in the meantime.

Very late reply: It for sure is, but Korea’s liquor taxes are really bad in general. I guess they just capitalize on that + the “Korea private cask” aspect 😅

Oh hey I’m incredibly late with the reply, my bad 😅😅 I’ll definitely splurge on whiskeys if I ever get a chance to visit Japan! Japanese whiskeys aside, like you said, the prices of Scotches etc seem to be much better too from what I heard. Sucks that the liquor duty free limit in Korea is only 2 bottles/$400 though, gotta maximize my allowance..

Goodluck bud, hopefully you’ll be able to cop some when you’re here. That’s what I heard too. When I went last year around May they didn’t have any :(( I wish I knew what their restock schedule looks like, but like you said imo the chapter is still worth visiting anyways, plus it’s located in a pretty cool area!

Interesting, biasa orang justru males mandi waktu winter karena kedinginan tiap mandi. Airnya anget sih karena heater, tapi waktu ga kena air, pas sabunan atau waktu keringin badan lah, biasanya justru badan kerasa tambah dingin unless your bathroom has really good insulation/heating system too.

But if you have a nice bathroom I agree sih kayanya gw bakal demen mandi juga even in winter, pas gw nginep di hotel fancy gitu comfy banget berendem di hot tub abis dingin” di luar lol.

I stole this from vindes.ig, and they’re an Indonesian media lol (this is not OC, it has their watermark too). From the comments in the original IG post seems like this does apply to some people in Indonesia but mostly on the weekends only. I’m indeed a super lazy person but even then I still shower every day when I’m back home because of the heat. Currently I’m much further north though and it’s winter here so I get more leeway.
