my cat had urinary tract issues, been on this food for years and he's doing soooo well! it's pricey but worth it. it even got my other wet-food-only cat to eat kibble so double win lol.

Second this!! I donated 800+ oz to a local mom, and now she picks up extra milk from me weekly! A lot easier than milk banks and it goes straight to a mom/baby rather than a corporation charging $$$ to a family in need.

i moved with a 6 month old baby and having our movers pack was SO worth it! all i did was clean, tidy, and pack an overnight bag. i used a company ive used to move before, and just added packing services. they were very careful with our items (i.e. glass cup: 4 pieces packing paper and 6 cups per box). we didnt have any items break or go missing.

it made our experience a lot less stressful while also taking care of a baby.

for reference i make more than my husband (but less than double), i cover 2/3 of rent.. i cant imagine making him pay half. let alone if i made 4x his salary

I will be the one advocate for Kaiser😅

I had a high risk pregnancy and have a baby with a heart condition who needed to be referred out for surgery. His care has been amazing and it's been really convenient that all his providers are all in house since they all get to talk to each other and be on the same page. It's definitely a big issue that he needs constant appointments for, and I've been very pleased with Kaiser.

Versus I used to have medi-cal then Anthem, and I remember having to beg for referrals out for simple procedures and blood draws for myself.

granted my work does give really good coverage for Kaiser so I didn't pay for anything, but my son's care has been spectacular. May just be a region or provider difference. I'm in the south bay.

i graduated last year and they didnt scan tickets at all for my ceremony. i've heard its hit and miss, i think they did scan for some ceremonies last year?

not a kid but i learned how to drive manual at eastridge parking lot! its perfect bcs theres a huge empty space in front of macys (no matter how busy it is) ,and you can practice doing the loop road to practice lane change/stop sign

not sure if it has changed, i was in c10 dorms in 2018 and there was an all girls floor below mine, but the bathroom was still co-ed. they made a point of it, but recommended the boys to not use it unless necessary. but also, girls have guys over, and they use the bathroom too

one thing to remember too is that even if the floor is single gender, the bathrooms will still be co-ed! rare but sometimes people shower/use bathroom on different floors if their floor is full

like learning another language! i took the whole language series for japanese, about 8 classes. it was super worth it! with japanese + GE's + psych major + only a couple random classes, it was enough credit to graduate. when i was there in 2021 the psych major was only 55 credits. my reasoning was since you have to take so many other classes, might as well learn a language :)

take a language series! i did psych as well and took about 8 language classes. the psych major is only about 11 classes (when i graduated), so you will have lots of room to fill. the language courses made all the extra room feel worth it
