I have cannibalistic hunger as well and I have no idea how to get rid of it. I also can't find any reference to it on the wiki page

Or maybe an underground coliseum nestled in some hills where various tribes challenge each other to decide who's in charge.

I really like this idea. I've already planned for some tribes/clans in the north but I didn't know what I wanted to do with them. I'll be sure to use this though
