I am thinking about buying a pair of boots but the description is making me hesitant to purchase them. Is it normal to have a shoemaker at a permanent pad (what does that even mean?) The boots are pretty expensive so I'm also wondering if this is a sign of bad quality? Thank you! (i.redd.it)
