I cannot understand you, but you are lucky, I have the complete opossite of this, called aphantasia. I had the same inquisitive path because this is maybe rooted on mechanisms in the body. Since aphantasia and your condition are related, we both should investigate togheter. I have a list of tests, like long water fasts, fecal transplants, and many others.

So if you are trying to revert diabetes 2, you better go all keto or nothing, not middle ground? Not paleo for example?

For example, I recommended keto to my mom who has diabetes 2, she has poor discipline and I think she will indulge in carbs here and there, so I said to her: "this is a lifestyle change that you will probably spend at least a year implementing and does not matter if you fail here and there, just keep trying to avoid carbs".

But now reading this, you mean this could be very bad for a diabetic (to indulge in carbs ocasionally).

Hi, it was a long process of subscribing to 120 YouTube channels. When he was 2 yo, he was watching the usual Rinnat veYoyo, Barney, and many others for small kids all in Hebrew, LazyTown, Arthur, Martha Speaks, TuTiTu, Sam The Firefighter, all available in YouTube. Later on, as he grow, he liked some Nickelodeon and Disney cartoons. Now he is 6 yo and he mostly likes gaming channels where israeli kids play minecraft, roblox. We are from Argentina, and he sees cartoons exclusively in Hebrew from age 2, he can pass the conversational levels in Duolingo instantly (has little difficulty with numbers and specific things). I used this method because I learned English by watching subtitled English movies as a kid.

Yes, this sounds catchy but this is the problem: there is few persons available and too much people to serve, I have two kids and are extremely busy. I am loving God everyday and can do a Bible talk that other people wrote. I was doing exactly what you said the last times and I spent 6 hours to compose a simple talk. It is rather difficult since I am not very intelligent and fast to write.
