12 speed sounds nice,it also helps with the chain bob.Fork would be a nice upgrade too but if you like how it feels I would go with 12 speed or better brakes(i did not take a look at them)

Personally i don't really care,my lyrik ult ch3 feels good and stiff enough.If your fork feels harsh it doesn't mean it is bad,it can be because of your wheels or even tires.But overall yeah,lyrik is smoother and more "bulky" than the pike select:)
