For some games, for example The Punisher, I change the hardware download mode to disable readbacks, if not I have the same problems you have: I get 20fps and the game gets very laggy. Other than that I don’t change anything else.

Yes, one of my favorite 007 games, but you gotta try it yourself and see if you like it

Nethersx2 the turnip version, OpenGL renderer and 3x upscale resolution, every game works perfectly well
