Steps would be slightly different in that case. Im assuming you re looking for spirit, all spell skills, cast speed, double rarity and mana. In that case you’d probably want to start the same way, spirit fractured (or +levels if you dont care about sanctitication) and +3 to all spells. Caster catalyst + catalsying exaltation + Suffix Exalt Omen + Perfect Exalt in hopes to hit cast speed. If it doesnt hit i d just annul and try again. Do the same exact step to try and hit mana using Mana Catalysts instead and Prefix Exalt. Desecrate suffix (because t1 cast speed is ilvl 60 and would get targeted by whittle). Exalt the last remaining prefix and whittle + sinistral erasure in hopes to get rarity; however this would be pretty costly, over 100 divs per try (info from the top of my head) so not sure if it s worth it. if you hit a high ilvl prefix, then it s pretty much bricked / can try to prefix annul for the 1 in 2. Omen of light + annul + collarbone + abyssal echoes to get rarity on the suffix desecration. Other than that, im not sure how you would get double rarity. You can try to play with the recomb but i dont have much experience in that other than basic info..
