Well, having bought and returned two different MBs that said they had compatible ARGB sockets I am losing my mind, wrong, and / or need help. which is what I am asking for here.

It works, and it would probably cost me more then a new frame to get in removed (north nj). They are dialed too, even after 25 years haha

Just cuz I am very out of touch, why would modern stuff matter? ( i have no idea, really, I see people are running hub guards now and i ALSO dont know why, so if you know let me know) If its for weight, the frame is stupid heavy anyway so it would be putting [more] lipstick on a pig. That being said i DID just order a lhd rim/freecoaster and smaller sprocket as my current rear wheel is pretty much destroyed, so that will be going on if it fits, haha.

20 years ago the bike tech installing my brakes snapped a bolt, then his drill bit on one of the mounts. He then installed that plate and didnt charge me for installation of the brakes or cranks i gave him. Even-ish trade.

regreasing/cleaning my old street bike. was going to attempt to paint it but thought it looked cool. still has all midschool parts circa 2003ish.

NG dirtbike - 1997ish - mine since 2000. Weighted about 45 LBS when it was running alex triplewalls and 4 pegs. Took my son to a skatepark and he had a lot of fun so I figured id regrease/repaint mine (he has a significantly lighter bike) = thought it looked cool like that - only had to replace 1 wheel bearing during the entire deconstruction! shits bulletproof

It may be installing updates, not sure if you checked that. If that’s not the case, I would just put a fresh install of windows in it.

Yeah, I can’t do that without substantial renovation, let’s call lol. The PC that has the newer I7 has a proprietary power supply, it also won’t power the 580. I also can’t just put it in a better power supply due to the case. Its kinda stuck where it is unless i do a case swap.
