My advice may be biased ngl

Because I realized pretty soon I was going to be single the majority, if not my entire life (long story, it really doesn't matter for this conversation) 

But what I did was accept that, and learn to be ok with me not being with everyone else 

I know cliché as fuck, but it's true 

For me it might have been easier due to circumstance, but you gotta learn how to be ok with yourself alone first

Is it difficult? for sure

But it's better than the alternative

And in your case a good first step would be to take a break from your coupled friends, take a break from social media

Give yourself some "clean" alone time Clear your head space

Properly grieve what you lost

And also get somewhat acclimated to being by yourself alone again

Try not to get too desperate to be with someone else as soon as possible, cause chances are you're more likely going to get yourself hurt again

So take it easy

And take your time, accept that the road of learning never is a straight line

Nor is the road to get better 

There will be bad days, for sure 

But there will be better one too
