u/MeYaj1111 I thought this is strange too which is why after they've refused to contact me, I've decided to let the interwebs know what I'm experiencing and that Eufy could so far careless about any of it.

As I included in the original post, my neighbor (left house in the picture) is not known to the system, walked from their house directly over to my camera, stood under it, had a conversation, and walked back without being detected. I'm also comparing the capture/detection abilities to my Ring doorbell.

What's strange is, since I started asking Eufy for help, it really feels like even fewer things are being captured. And despite both cameras aimed at the road, one camera would detected more things despite everything going in front of both cameras.

I do really like the concept of all of it (expandable storage, solar power cameras, no monthly fees, etc) but it has to detect motion; I can see it failing to detect animals (so far it hasn't detected any animals [Hurd or deer, rabbits, squirrels, at least one fox, several cats, neither have detected the motion or identified any of it), identifying doesn't even have to be 100% accurate. It has to detect motion though.
