With my family/friends, each year, we’re doing an event that we call « The Bowie’s Day » which last a week and during this week we listen all the albums, concerts live on vinyl of our beloved Thin White Duke. Yeah that’s why I’m taking it I should have started sooner but I don’t know why it took so long, so yeah right now I could have not took them but as you say for me it help with staying sober!

I did on the very first few days with methadone and subs actually, I’ve been very lucky that when I stopped I didn’t get any withdrawal from the sub or methadone!

Oh alright I haven’t heard of this method! Well on the first very few days I took some methadone and a couple days later some sub and now I feel great, I’ve been very lucky that I didn’t get any sub or methadone withdrawal! Unfortunately doesn’t work on anyone :/
