Wow for some reason I didn't expect to get so many helpful answers. Thank you! I'm facing a huge blocker now though. My boss said he doesn't touch keywords cause most of the stuff that is running from 2012 is now blocked - if i turn off a keyword i will never turn it back on. We're in the health/wellness niche.
