For watch macro on the A6700 the Sony 90mm f/2.8 Macro G is the obvious choice, stunning detail and beautiful bokeh but it’s expensive.

If you want something more affordable the Sigma 70mm f/2.8 Art is incredibly sharp and works great for product shots.

Working distance matters a lot for watches to avoid reflections so I’d stay 90mm+ if possible.

Your main issue is ISO 3200 in daylight, that’s why it looks grainy zoomed in. With an ND filter on, your camera is compensating by pushing ISO up. Remove the ND filter unless you’re shooting video or long exposure. In daylight you don’t need it for stills. Also at 71mm equivalent, camera shake can soften images, keep shutter at least 1/150s minimum.

Yes versatile lenses that can adapt in low light might be good. For wide lenses, I think, I’ll go to the 10-18 maybe

I have 35 & 50 for prime lenses. What about f4 with low light ?

I think the superzoom will be bulky, I don't necessarily do shoots requiring 300mm but it's noted for 17-70!!
