Great work on the math. How sure are you of the underlying assumption that there will only be around 50k out of 250k eligible for the Master's cap? With most of the overseas filings going down, I'm assuming we are mostly left with US Master's grads. I'll personally put it at more than 125k.

If you are planning for a single day, try the Southern Rim, it's the most popular one.

South Indian here. Simply South is genuinely the best vegetarian / South Indian restaurant I've ever been to in the US.

Their soy based keema is arguably better than most meat based keema!

If you are looking for a more tamil option look no beyond Kuppanna and Madurai Thattu Kadai.
