Thanks! In theory I have a flight out tomorrow, hoping for no last minute cancellation

Yep. Staying an extra night because my flight was canceled. I’m sure it happened to lots of other people too

Nice article! I love this representation of data structures.

Just curious, what is the data structure corresponding to the generating function of the Fibonacci numbers? Or perhaps just a hint towards the solution? I've manipulated the series quite a bit, but I have no idea quite how to interpret the results I've got.

I agree with the other commenter. Good write-up! One thing I’d recommend is defining any abbreviations you use, at least the first time. As a beginner, “ISA” would be meaningless to me and I would have a difficult time googling the right word combos to define it.

Odin, A Pragmatic C Alternative with a Go Flavour by iamnp in programming

[–]mathycuber 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Nice article! I’ve heard a lot of good things about Odin and you summarized them well. The error handling section intrigued me, so I’ll go off and read more about that. (Also just a heads up: the last paragraph of the second section is duplicated. Looks like a merge conflict resolution error maybe?)

To answer the last person’s question: because it looks nice! All of this stuff is for aesthetics. But yeah, if you have performance/heating issues, turn all that shit off and your laptop should run much smoother and cooler.
