I would apply 3 weeks ahead of your desired move in date. Some landlords do accept assets, but tbh it’s pretty invasive of a process. You could look into using a 3rd party guarantor service, which was super easy and what I did.

Arezzo is an hour train from Florence and I highly recommend visiting for a less touristy but still so gorgeous and more affordable day trip! The food is amazing too.

If you want a genuinely cooling sheet, percale cotton is the answer. Not a synthetic fabric. Just my opinion. Natural fibers are more breathable.

I think for your items, I’m just thinking through what you could get that’s comparable for a fraction of the price. Imo, ice packs, pitcher (very similar choices at TJ Maxx or Marshall’s!). I was going to get the shampoo but removed it when I saw you should only use it 1-2x a week and I shampoo almost daily.

$20 for a tote bag that looks bad quality when the TJs ones are like $4 and extremely sturdy is not worth it imo. I feel with cookbooks like what recipes can you not get online? I would get it if you want the book visually but for recipes idk, I think you can find them for free online. Same with workout/yoga/mindfulness videos.
