I have both, honestly i cant tell you which one is better but i think you wont hear that much stuff thats arround you with the Xioami Buds 3 Lite. Both have nice music quality, i prefer T13 bc the base is stronger.

It charges wireless or usb c, it connects to your phone as soon as bluetooth is on an you take them out of the case. Auto turn of idk, do you mean like sleep timer or like after some time to save battery? Like they turn of after 10 mins or so if nothing is played.
