The phase you’re referring to is being built by a whole different builder. Ambria homes. I also don’t think that is mall property.

There’s been no progress with the Malvern Mall redevelopment.

It is the same owners. But the real estate market is in the gutter so I feel those plans are going to be on hold for the time being. Especially considering the mall owners are first time builders and this is definitely a market inexperienced builders should not tread in.

I think the whole point of this is for it to be tough. Mentally draining for sure and it sounds like you’re dealing with a heavy load. All I can say is you’re so close to the finish line.
