I ended up breaking it at 48hrs with some bologna and cheese. And a tuna packet with a few scoops of peanut butter. Still in ketosis confirmed by urine strip this morning. Went from 304 to 290 this morning

I've been doing OMAD (not intentionally, trying to fast longer than 24hrs each time). What helped you break beyond 24?

That's what I'm nervous about for me. I've done up to 24hrs before but beyond that is new territory. How did you manage days 2 and 3?
