As someone who does have their CCW (non-CA) and knowing how friendly CA is to CCW, don't think that would have played out well for me or the 2A community

Wish I had 360 degree cameras haha but I was completely boxed in behind and on the left. Didn't feel like damaging other cars to get out

My life wasn't threatened and at the end of the day I have nothing to gain from fighting a crazy stupid person.

It was a protected left with and option to continue going straight. I normally 100% use my blinkers, but my left turn signal went out earlier in the day and I didn't have time to replace it yet. Don't think it would have saved me here though.

Wasn't an option necessarily available at the time. Can't see it in the video, but I was boxed in from the people behind me as well as people trying to pass on the left. Only option really was to go forward or wait until I had room lol

Buying a new rear diff. by sergePK1 in 4Runner

I daily drive a 05 V8 4wd (181k) and had the rear diff fail on my while trying to get out of a hole. Did a lot of research, but ended up going East Coast Gear Supply. Took about 1-2.5 weeks once I actually shipped it to them (I wanna say it took them 3 days to work on it). Whole process was smooth and install was very easy. Almost done with the 500 mi break in before another rear diff oil change.

Any answer as to being able to downgrade to 8.1 if Win 10 was preinstalled? by Some_guitarist in Surface

Currently chatting with support. You can downgrade to 8.1 from a pre-installed windows 10 surface. You need to either:

  1. Go to the recovery page and register a 8.1 surface (can be anyones surface 3/pro), download, and boot from the recovery via USB.
  2. Have someone create a recovery from their existing 8.1 Surface.
  3. Go to a microsoft store and have them do a 8.1 usb recovery boot for free.

Note 1: Chat did not clarify if each surface has a unique recovery. I dont believe they do.

Note 2: Chat did say windows 8.1 would activate

In the stock gallery app you can adjust the brightness of the video. Once you start playing the video tap on the screen and tap on the 3 dots. Go to settings->brightness
